Responsibilities and Authorities
Position : Façade Structural Engineer
Department : Design & Engineering
Reports to : Senior Structural Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:

2 Tendering Stage AAB-IOSP-03












2.1 Responsible for reading and understanding the tender specification documents and drawings regarding structural calculation.
2.2 Provide necessary supporting documents/structural calculations for the proposed system as per tender specification, along with tender submittal if is required.
3 Execution Stage
3.1 Prepare structural calculations to determine profiles sizes and fixing details as per project technical specifications and as discussed / agreed with the DTL/PDM.
3.2 Check drawings against provided structural calculation and ensure congruence, either by additional/modified verification or instruct adjustment of the drawing to meet the provided input.
3.3 Provide necessary supporting documents / structural calculations for the proposed system where required.
3.4 Prepare detailed engineering computations and analysis for the proposed system where contractually required.
3.5 Provide design sketches and reports required for schematic, design development and constructions phases of projects.
3.6 Check and verify the drawings to make sure they interpret the design calculations.
3.7 Ensure that the proposed system to be used is not deviated far from tender submittal.
3.8 Provide design sketches and reports that are required during design development and constructions phases of projects.
3.9 Check cutting lists/fabrication drawing when requested by the Design Manager.
3.10 Guide Junior Structural Engineers. -
4 Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to quality health safety & environment management system. ABG-ISM
Qualification:
 Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architectural or related system engineering.
 With Three (3) years minimum experience on the same work field.
 Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
 Good English oral and written communication skill.

Salary- 5000 AED to 12000 AED Per Month (NET SAVINGS)
